Terms of Service for MyKnitLog

Welcome to MyKnitLog! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use
of the MyKnitLog app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you
do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
MyKnitLog is a knitting project management app that allows users to
track their projects, counters, and analytics. The app is provided for
personal, non-commercial use.
2. User Accounts & Data Storage
- • MyKnitLog does not require user registration.

• Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not
collect, store, or have access to your data.

• You are responsible for managing your iCloud settings, including
enabling or disabling sync.
3. Subscription & Payments

• MyKnitLog may offer premium features through a subscription model.

• Subscription payments are processed through the App Store, and all
billing matters are subject to Apple's terms.

• You can cancel or manage your subscription through your Apple ID
settings.
4. Intellectual Property

• MyKnitLog and its content (excluding user data) are owned by
MacaronKingStudio/Yunjeong Roh and protected by intellectual
property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
without permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MyKnitLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do
not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or
compatible with all devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any
direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of
MyKnitLog. This includes data loss, software malfunctions, or reliance
on app analytics.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app
after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
